1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Echoes Weather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Echoes provides real-time weather radar visualization using NEXRAD Level 3 data from the National Weather Service. The App displays radar imagery, weather alerts, lightning data, and weather station observations.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

Weather data is sourced from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), and other government agencies. While we strive for accuracy, weather data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely solely on this App for life-safety decisions.

4. Subscription Terms

Echoes offers optional premium subscriptions billed monthly ($2.99/month) or annually ($24.99/year). The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages from weather-related decisions made based on App data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
