How do I change radar products?
Tap the product name at the top of the screen (e.g., "Reflectivity"). A menu will appear with all available products for the current radar site.
Why is there no radar data?
Radar sites update every 4-10 minutes depending on the scanning mode. If data is more than 10 minutes old, the site may be under maintenance. Try selecting a nearby radar site.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Echoes to manage or cancel your subscription.
How do I restore purchases?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If you subscribed on another device with the same Apple ID, your subscription will be restored.
About Echoes
Echoes displays real-time NEXRAD Level 3 radar data from the National Weather Service. Data is sourced from NOAA and updated approximately every 5 minutes.
Note: Weather data may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely solely on this app for life-safety decisions.
